Tutorial, training room, bot games, replays and observers

Does this game have any of that?

Training room: A room/world where you can test weapons, movement etc.

Tutorial: you don't get dropped onto the battle field straight away without some game mechanics explained to you

Bot games: To get the hang of the game at your own pace with enemies that can be chosen from easy to hard (for bots), before moving on to real humans. Like in Unreal Tournament basically.

Replays: See how you were killed, how everything was positioned, and you can control it (reverse, change playback speed, fast forward, see from player perspective, etc.) just like in DotA 2

Oberservers: Watch replays of old games or watch live games with a delay (again, like in DotA 2).

There's a tutorial room. It's the same as the training room. I haven't seen an option to play with bots. I haven't seen an option to watch replays either.
