Losing my account T_T

Guys.. i'm stunned.. i'm speechless..

After the last update, i was unable to launch the game, it is always auto closed.
Friend of friend told me i have to unlink steam acc from embark website and create new id, verify and launch game. i did and.

. . oh. man... game didn't closed as it used to be, but i freezed when i see my char is level 1, 0 Currency and everything.

Is there any way i could get my old account? :( even tho i have bad stats like 500 Elimination and even more deaths 500+. i feel like i don't want to restart with fresh account T_T .. so sad.

Just happened tome me contacted support with no response if you know your ID# that might help for me I didn't know it just had a screenshot of my account progress and level

I'm on the same boat, wasn't getting my twitch drops and tried relinking my twitch to get them, and I relinked my steam account... Everything was deleted... Beta skins and $50 dollars in cosmetics. Well good game, but I am never playing again...

I've never seen such a stupid thing in my life. Really, then why does the account show 83 hours on Steam? I wonder how 1 lvl can be 83 hours? I'm about to have a nervous breakdown. This is officially fraud. People try to correct their own mistakes. And the weird thing is, while correcting his own mistakes, he puts the stake in you again. I terminated the connection, leaving my TWITCH account behind, and I can say this clearly. Even from STEAM Remnant It is fraud to permanently reset your account just because you change your ID. You can look now, you will see Steam-Playstation and Xbox for login. However, there are 4 link entries in the account details. These; Steam-Xbox-Microsoft and Twitch. I have never seen such a fraud in my life. I passed on writing to the support department, but I was dying until I reached them. They are truly scammers.
