Creative SoundBlaster AE-9 + Discord + The Finals - Sound Crash, Game stuttering

Since the beta I've had the problem that when I play The Finals and talk to a friend in Discord at the same time, the sound card "crashes" after a few minutes. It is then no longer accessible via Creative's Command Control and can no longer be found. Once the sound has crashed, the game jerks considerably. Only a restart solves the problem. I have already looked in the events to see whether the driver might be crashing. But this is not the case. The power supply is also correct for the hardware components. I play with a 3080TI from Gainward, the sound card is a Sound Blaster AE-9, the processor is an AMD 5950X, 64 GB Ram, MSI mainboard.
I can't find the error and it only occurs in this combination and only with the game The Finals.

Anyone have any tips?

Same problem, soudblaster z-se here. While playing the audio switches all on one side for the entire pc. To fix it I have to change the audio quality to 48 khz and set it back to 44 from the soundblaster software but doing this every 10 minutes is too annoying. Hoping for a better fix. The mic works fine expect for randomic mute wich i can resolve only by restarting the pc

I am having this same issue. Did you find a solution? I have a 5800x/3080ti/blue yeti nano/1000W psu. Temps are good, max 70C on GPU/CPU. The game runs well at 120+ fps. But for some reason, if I'm on discord, it crashes every few mins. This is whether I'm using nvidia broadcast or not.

Also have an Issue with crashing as well with my sound blaster ae. I just removed it, I feel mine was heat related.

I've tried to play again last week hoping the latest game and driver updates would fix this but it's still broken.

What didnt fix it for me:
-d3d11, reinstall, verify integrity, closing programs

what DID fix it for me:
switching the USB port used to a 3.0 port. (despite my interface GoXLR being usb2)
