Bug on Las Vegas Sandstorm

When i was playing with friends we found a bug on las vegas with sandstorm. I dont know how to report it so i will describe it here. On one sand dune on street u can go underground enemies cant do anything to you only gas can deal you some damage

I just went against a team that did this on this specific map. They were also able to grab the vault and keep it in the sand w/o any other team being able to grab it. They ultimately won due to dealing the highest amount of damage by staying inside the dune.
