Report a translation problem
There's a few things that I think need to be limited to 1 per team, this certainly seems cheesy as hell.
True but what do you do when you've picked something that doesn't counter that one thing.
2 heavy with 2 shields (4 shields total) and one medium for the pocket heal is BROKEN team comp.
In short, heavy should have ONE of the shield and the medium have the other (although a lesser version maybe)
This is just my initial idea cus yea, FOUR shields with a pocket heal is extremely difficult to deal with if you don't have the glitch grenade/trap.
