Tracking dart

The Medium class has access to a tracking dart. This is a fun ability, but I fail to see the purpose of it over e.g. the Sensor Grenade.

Right now the tracking dart is a sniper rifle shot, which can obviously miss, does not deal damage and then tracks a SINGLE person for only a set amount of time. There are many ways to make this a better abillity, primarily by debuffing the target to take a small amount of additional damage or something.

i haven´t used it yet how long does it track someone? should atleast work till they die once. bummer if it gets removed after time... but maybe they thought that would be op.

It lasts a considerable time. Definitely longer than the Sensor Grenade lasts.

The issue is that the moment you actually need the tracking the Sensor Grenade already perfectly fills that niche; and it can track several enemies at once.

It could also be used on a longer range to keep track of enemy movement, if you hit them before they run into a building, that could help your team. But I have no idea how helpful it exactly is.

It's completely useless while the light class gets 4 or 5 pieces of equipment that are outright cheese. This game feels AI generated.
