Otherwise it makes some situations extremely frustrating...
i think it would be really frustrating if i defended my cash out for so long, fought off many teams, and stay alive until the very end with 1 person left remaining on my team, and all my effort means nothing because somebody who just got fully respawned at the perfect time can come back and FORCE my defense time to extend.. just by holding down their E key...? its not fair if somebody who isn't defending can choose the terms of the objective... the defenders should always be favored. in my opinion at least. as attackers you have plenty of opportunity to try and fool, outsmart, or outplay the defending team. and this is what the game, and capturing objectives from defending teams, should be focused on.
In fact, I fell like it is the case already, people can easily arrive at the very end of the money collection and steal your work. Giving a "overtime" when someone is contesting will not change anything to the current situation.
In my opinion, to avoid last second stolen objectif, it would be nicer to make people get money by 1000$ portions all during the collection time.

but that means I'll lose sometimes, which is why I want the devs to change >:(

yeah yeah. Meanwhile In CS, when it's too late to defuse, It's too late.
CS go players : still 1 million peak per day, so I guess it's not such a bad game design ?
