Add Anonymous/Streamer mode (Final version)

1. name all player IDs with color in the player screen, to protect player player themselves (Anonymous/Streamer mode);
2. change the player's own ID to anonymous and display anonymous name to other players (Anonymous mode only, if can't name all player IDs with color, then must have a way to prevent harmful behavior);
3. matchmaking delay option, to prevent watcher who watching the stream.

it's just a matter of foreseeable in the future, and teammates may just be actors to deliberately lose the game, or enemies can just watch the stream.

so only improve matchmaking or add avoid teammate option can prevent actors, also this won't help to improve anti-cheat, but if don't have this function, streamer will be more vulnerable, and normally teammate don't know who's the streamer, and for now EAC can't detect DMA cheat, still have long way to go, but i still believe this game
