Please add overtime while stealing
When you are stealing the objective as the timer ends, it should enter a sort of overtime where the match continues until you stop capturing. I've already lost a couple matches because the match ended a millisecond before we finished capturing.

I know a few games without overtime on defusing like this but idk overtime might be good in this game since stealing is pretty dangerous.

I understand it, but the rankeds work differently and those do not need overtime. It would be a bit strange to add overtime only in casual

It's stupid that you can have a battle, win the fight but the team that won will still lose, if the box is being hacked as the round ends the time should pause and end the round instantly depending on who has the box after the hack has been completed or unsuccessful
The game really should have contesting game mechanic.
Maybe not just pausing the timer, but pausing it only at the end of the capture. Like in overwatch.

Maybe it should neutralise and stop only if the team holding the vault get full team wipe.

10000000000% yes. If you're actively opening at the buzzer, it should end (win or lose) the moment that action is complete or incomplete.

Imagine to defend vault for all the time, wipe out enemies teams 2/3 time, and die just 1 time at last second, and they steal all cause they block your extraction and having 0 second to wait, also that is a bad defeat.
Maybe also add at least 30 sec or more when someone change contest, that can be reduced when change again.

If you die defending, you are punished by losing the objective. It just feels cheap and unfair if you earn the capture by killing the other teams, but the game itself screws you out of it because it ended a millisecond before you finished capturing.

Overtime is made for simple single team vs team games, NOT arena style shooters.

begging devs to actively ruin the game just because you don't like it is scummy

OFC if i die, i am punished for losing obj, but the cap stand for how 5 minute? if i def for all the time, kill the 2 teams 2/3 times, so technically i am winning but just die 1 time 10 sec before timer end, and enemy team takes it all, at that point seems a bit more unfair, because i just die 1 time at the wrong time, i dont say "no" to an overtime mechanic, but at this point give something also a "reward" for who actively def (like i say more time when you change contest, or maybe also a time decrease if you kill enemy when you are extract money).

This I can agree on. As of now, the game really rewards waiting out the timer and third partying the other teams when they are like, 2/3rds done cashing out. Its a hard thing to balance, and would need some major reworks I think.
Stuff like reducing timer for kills while cashing out would be pretty unbalanced, not to mention frustrating as an attacker. Dying is already a huge punishment, having that also contribute to the enemy winning faster would just be insult to injury.

Can we all agree though. That it does feel great stealing in the last 10 seconds and turning your whole game around from a loss to a win. It's not like everyone isn't trying really hard. Attackers and defenders.
