Didn't get my stuff from the closed beta? Stuck with some generic name?

I played the closed beta a while back. had a few cosmetics and things from the battlepass, but they're not present in the open beta. I also am stuck with some generic name like "imposingpro" and I can't change it.

Girlfriend says you're supposed to get a pop up saying "Have you played The Finals before?" but I got no such message. Anyone know what to do?

I'm not sure what's up with the random username but that's only for the menus. In game it uses your Steam username like normal. And I'm guessing the customization is just for testing mostly, hence why you get a ton of credits for free. We might get a beta reward on full release tho, but yeah expect customization to be wiped every beta

I lost all my permanent cosmetics from the closed beta to and everyone is saying to pound sand i guess lol even tho i have the steam time and pic to prove it

i had a fun goofy cosmetic, and i would like to where it. I would also like all the weapons i spent time unlocking back too.

Same, lost the kawaii set and several others including Halloween, etc. Pretty lame
