Playtest? (SOLVED)
I was one of the first to ask access back when the first closed alpha wasn't even released.
Now I have friends that submitted access last week. They are playing right know, while I can only watch them play since they haven't considered me yet.

It's a bug from Steam. If you requested access but still don't have it in your Library this is how you can fix it:

Go to your Web-Browser (Chrome) and go onto "https://store.steampowered.com/" then log into your Steam-Account. Search for "The Finals" in the Store.
Once you are on the Store page press F12, with this a coding-menu should pop up inside the browser on the right, there it should say Elements, Console, Sources, Network.

Go to "Console" and then by the blue arrow you copy-paste "RequestPlaytestAccess()". (without the quotations)

This will allow you to request access again. Once you've requested access again you should get a pop up message saying "You've gained access" or something like that and then the game should be in your Steam Library.

Hope this helps.

I can also confirm this works! I requested access forever ago, but this immediately let me into the current open beta!
