Mouse Freeze every 5s

My mouse freezes every 5 seconds when in this game. Even in the menu.

its a game bug not pc/mouse port. have same issue only during gunfight mouse freezes for 1 sec every 5-10sec

Same issue. Reducing mouse polling rate in the driver helped. Still Some stutters, but playable.

Try to disable anything like Razer Synapse or whatever control your devices(like rgb color)

I don't know what causes this I have this same issue but I do know how to fix it

using dx12 will cause my mouse to stutter i have an rtx 2080ti so it must be some game bug

to fix go to steam general and then in launch options type "-d3d11" this will force the game to run in dx11 not 12 only downside is no raytracing

this game only dx12 now
you can try disable fullscreen optimizations and press media key on keyborad

this worked for me , i had my mouse in usb 2.0 , instead of usb 3.0 and now it works fine with dx12

With the recent release of the game, I can imagine a lot of people coming back to this thread.
The "-d3d11" option didn't work for me, I heard somewhere that this game runs dx12 only now (not sure if this is true).

The USB 3.0/3.2 option did fix this for me though. Had to move my keyboard, mouse and headset all to USB 3 ports.

Thank you so much. Swapping the usb ports to 3.0/3.2 was the only thing that worked for me. This is the only thread I have found with the correct answer as of release.

This bug needs fixing.
My mouse, keyboard, webcam and microphone can reconnect in the middle of the match several times. Mouse is freezing, keyboard is freezing. This issue only occurs with this game. No other demanding title has this effect on my setup.

Switching to dx11 did not solve the issue. Swapping usb ports made this issue less frequent, but still frequent enough.
As it is, the game is unplayable.

Another post suggested excessive power draw, maybe it could be it.
