What does closed beta means??

Closed beta means that you will need an invitation to play the beta version of the game.
You can request access on the Store page

it wont let me request it, i request it a long time ago for the previous testing should i bet good then?

The Playtest (Alpha) invites were released on waves to not overload their servers at once. Thats probably why you didn't get invited. The Closed Beta will work the same, no clue if they will place priority on people who signed up for the playtest but didnt get access first or not.
People who did get an invite during the playtest have guaranteed access to the beta as well

They will be sent around the 7th. Also, keep an eye out on your library. Emails might come a few hours after the game has been added on your library

I was part of previous test and I'm already invited without even requesting it. So it means that previous testers are probably insta invited.

I was part of previous test and I'm already invited without even requesting it. So it means that previous testers are probably insta invited.

Confirmed, players from the previous test will keep their access for the current beta. How the servers are going to handle the wave of players will remain unknown.
