I assume the ones you are missing are
On Repeat - Clear the Same Rift 20 Times
Lich, Please - Clear the Necrodancer Rifts (This one didn't pop through story progression for me like the others, I had to clear the non-boss battle version of Final Fugue in Song Select for it to pop)
Wow, You Remember That?! - Perform the Red Dragon Dance
Jam-Pot - Clear a rift with a score ending in 777
follow up question I guess, what the heck is the red dragon dance??
input string from the original Crypt of the NecroDancer. it was a simple strategy to kill a red dragon without much space.
i'm actually not sure where to input it in-game, because i've tried it in the main menu and on practice tracks, and it didn't pop the achievement. i wouldn't doubt that i was just doing it wrong.
(the string is up, left, right, left, down, left, right, left, repeat until dragon is dead. also works if you mirror the left and right inputs, and if you have extra space to work with, you don't have to strictly alternate between up and down. it all depends upon the exact dragon encounter, so it makes more sense if you see it in the original game.)

also i edited that comment a bunch out of perfectionism lol. i needed to clarify some things...
Tried
U L R L U L
U R L R U R
L U L R L U
R U R L R U
And even a couple variations intentionally getting a miss with D. Maybe it needs to be absolutely perfect? I dunno, man.
