Different results when pressing two keys at the same time
Sometimes when I have for example two enemies on the same beat I press the buttons at the same time and I get for example perfect on one and great on another. I don't know if this is something of the game, or it's just something of me / keyboard.

It might look & feel the same to you, but the game is operating on very small time scales where even the smallest variance could affect things. Fortnite Festival, for example, has a perfect note window of plus or minus 25 milliseconds. If you hit one note 23ms late then your other finger hitting 3ms after the first one, a nearly imperceptible 0.003 seconds later, would cause only one note to be perfect. I don't know what this game's timings are but it's probably similar.

My keyboard cannot press three arrows at once.

By default, the "Down" key will hit all columns at once. Unfortunately that is the only solution outside of buying a better keyboard.

Oh, well, that helps. Thanks.

It's kind of amusing, because this is a 10-year-old Razer Blackwidow Ultimate with supposed n-key rollover, but obviously the arrow key circuit wasn't considered to be counted in n-keys.

You could just rebind to WASD/IJKL instead of WASD/arrows.
