Help me with calibration

I was doing perfects with 36ms in the audio, but the perfects were consistently early, I increased the audio one to 40ms and the perfects became early nices, I tried to correct it to 34ms but I still do early nices instead of perfects on easy sections...
From 36, if I hit them like early perfects, should I increase the value or decrease it?

I too am noticing I'm hitting a lot of "earlies" with the standard calibration the game gives me at the start, didn't bother trying to change it because it honestly didn't bother me much but I wanted to make a post about it anyways

Yeah it's bothering me as well, I'm not exactly sure what calibration setting to use since every time I try to automatically configure it, it jumps between -14 to -68 to 36 for audio
