Lava mechanic not well-communicated

I was playing the levels in order--- did the Beg. Tutorial, then the first song. Did the Int. Tutorial...then Amalgamaniac has lava speed-up that was never mentioned in the Int. Tutorial. Threw me for a loop. IDK if it's mentioned in the Exp. Tutorial, but it should be mentioned in the tutorial directly preceding the song that introduces it.

Another thing that is lacking explanation is the food items. The food items don't even obey the usual color coding for multi hit enemies.

I don't know if the devs intended to expand on the tutorial later or if they just did it because of the feedback but it's really nice that they actually delivered with more detailed tutorials so that's cool of them.
