What are the Controls???
Not to be that guy, but unless we can map our controls, how do they expect us to play on anything else besides the joycons?
I don't know of any other controllers that let you push left AND right at the same time.
Unless it's the face buttons, then I take back my concern.

if it's like Crypt of the necrodancer, both d-pad and face buttons do the same stuff. Just try idk

For controller, you can use the dpad, but also the face buttons are alternate input, so you can do the 3 lane and left and right double notes easily.

this game secong song is literally unplayable on controller

Note you can remap the controller buttons in the settings.

The default settings use the buttons for directional inputs, and the d-pad as an alt

If you're having issues try remapping them. You might find using some of hthe 4 shoulder buttons as the inputs are more comfortable. Or you can use Emiru's 'claw' method of holding the controller

keyboard is better for this game

keyboard is superior, because it's waaaay harder with the controller, cause you pretty much have to use both hands, one on the arrows and one on the buttons, and it's just hard.
keyboard you just use three fingers and that's it

no it isn't :) all demo songs played fine on controller. It's like DJ max but with fewer inputs, or Amplitude with no track switching
