can you block with the shield or is it just stats?
just curious. :)tried all the buttons on my controller and didnt see anyting for blocking

The shield is just stats.
Later you will get a skill that can block attacks.

It's just stats I think?

Oddly you CAN block with Louie's shield in Recettear, and he looks vaguely similar. Oh well.

ahh nice lol. honestly i quit at the castle area in 2013. was laggy. fired this up again recently and remembered how dark souls like fun this ♥♥♥♥ was lol
