Sujimon help

I'm missing 24 and 102. Rolled basic hundreds of times and nothing. I cleared all minibosses and those never spawn. Where can I find them? Help pls

24 is the Death Sentencer and if you're having poor luck pulling him, he is one of the Keepers of the City in Hawaii, you can find him in the small parking lot in front of the ABC Store in Little Japan.
102 is the Weeping Archdemon, he is also one of the Keepers of the City in Hawaii and can be found in the alleyway in Chinatown in front of Wan Shang Tong Herbal Medicine (there are two separate Keepers that can spawn there).

Do they drop on gatcha? An what type: basic or type gatcha? Cuz I killed all keepers and they both didn't appear as recruitable.

Keepers respawn, it just takes some tries to get the ones you want to spawn. You should be able to pull them from any banner, warranted some have lower odds of granting them.

The Weeping Archdemon is a Silver shadow type and the Death Sentencer is a Silver ice type, so your best bet would be to pull from the Japan Gacha (due to it guaranteeing silvers or) or the respective type banners if you don't want to grind the Keepers.

They also appear in Sujiraids, namely Cursed Masks and Brutal Family, from my recollection.

I don't think I've ever gotten death sentencer from the gacha, but they should appear around town. If you want to expedite the raids, you can always go mop up shadow and ice spawns around town and do something else while you wait for them to respawn. instead of waiting the 15 minutes or w/e it is for them to go away and the 5-10 minutes it takes to respawn a raid. or use the Musk (not the legendary musk) to try and roll them from upcoming raid spawns.

I'm a bit unclear on why anyone is focused on getting 100% completion on the Sujidex. To my knowledge, you only need something like 200 to get the achievement. The storyline part is easily beaten without it. etc.

Is there some sort of extra reward/perk for getting 100% of these that I am unaware of?
