Sujimon "King" battle WTF
plain and simple: i have no chance...
i tried other formations (reserve players with first start, etc) but i didnt change too much
as i am obviously maxed out level 50 i have no ideja what to do....(aside of trying another "category" fighter... which i would need to max out....which is time consuming)
i especially love if when the damn robot has his turn and i at least 50% lose my health bar
and for some reason he has two turns (never figured out why...sometimes i have that too, but it doesnt help here much...)

two things go into turn order, the first is team speed, that determines how fast the bar charges. The second is the cost of the attack you last used, the stronger the attack the longer the charge till your next turn (max 10). So if you use an ability that costs 4 and you charge faster than your opponent and they use an ability that cost 8 you can get 2 or 3 turns in for their one... but high cost attacks usually hit really hard (suji blackbelt and his 10 cost attack is an example)

I beat him first try so I'm not sure how to help but just try to get the rarer sujimon if you are able, I'm pretty sure going into the king fight I had a full party of the "suji -----" sujimon (the second strongest types below the kiwamis) and wiped the floor with him, You shouldn't need a full party of them but a couple of them could go a long way. Use the weaknesses and find strong brawlers... the stats matter at least somewhat. Suji black belt and suji machine are really strong (i think king has a suji machine himself)

Edit to add: getting decent at the special attack mini game can help alot as well, its not RNG and you can get the wheel to land where you want if you are good at that sort of thing. So you can always get max power/targets out of the mini game if you focus on that.

Second edit to add: If you don't have enough money to make getting full teams to 50 in zero time just step away from the king fight and play the story till you have enough money. Or do the island mini game and level up a new team while you play the island.

CyricZ's guide lists exacty which Sujimon are used by King. For what it's worth, he does have one of each of the five elements, plus a second for Blaze, and they're all level 48 or 50.

A Sujimon in the reserve row will still get full experience from battles and you can give them a decent boost through sujicrunch (ideally, at least one of each tier of sujicrunch in the same go in order to maximize chances of it being 50% more XP than usual). Save any Agent cards for awakening really rare Sujimons, too... well, probably not Sodachi and his students. In fact, his students are stuck at the tier they're at -- even if you burn Agent cards to strengthen them, they stay low-tier.

Sujimon battles are pretty straightforward. Prioritize speed first, have every element covered, and hit weaknesses exclusively. The battles basically win themselves.

? not with my team...(it was not even a narrow/close defeat) and i didnt encounter such problems before...yes i did lose previously in later battles but after adding another "element" fighter it wasnt big deal..anyway finally i have won...actually i am surprised myself because i am not sure what was the "big" difference..(did tamper a bit with the formation)...perhaps my "strike/turn priorities" werent right with previous battles
