Maybe it all shakes out as a scheme by Minamida & Amon clan to bring back Kiryu's strongest enemies c.2009 and then they wandered off or something.
same lol. I never once treat it like real life or anything and when I do, I remind myself that it's a game or approach it like an Anime. It's suppose to be insane.
dead souls isnt canon but yes ryuji is possibly alive somewhere out there
Nishki died and stayed dead.
Yumi died and stayed dead.
Joon Gi Han died and stayed dead.
Sojei Dojima died and stayed dead.
Ryuji Goda died and stayed dead.
Yukio Terada died and stayed dead.
Masumi Arakawa died and stayed dead.
Masato Arakawa died and stayed dead.
Toru Hirose died and stayed dead.
The list goes on and on beyond this, which are just off of the top of my head.
Dead Souls is not canon to the Yakuza storyline, I'm pretty sure. That doesn't count.
