Substory 49 just refuses to show up?

I've completed all the Miss Match minigames, and given Miss Match all 3 gifts. However, I still do not get Substory 49 triggered.

The only thing I can think off is that I did not 100% the 4 "attributes" for each girl, could that be why?

Unlocking those substories is not instant, sometimes you need to wander a bit before, have a fight or two, fast travel somewhere else, I could never exactly pinpoint the trigger, but it should eventually show up after doing something else :) .

I had the same issue. You have to "meet" every match possible. I believe there is 10 total. You may even have to change your profile up to get different matches. Making sure I completed every one triggered the substory.
