Change Kasuga's outfit

I really dislike his shorts and flip flops. Besides beating the game any way to change his outfit? I'm fine with mods.

your best bet would probably be expanded job outfits on nexusmods. It works on story mode free roam as well, my ichi look hilarious fighting serious bosses with his pizza delivery outfit

Install Expanded Job Outfits mod.

Read the description of the mod. It will tell you a certain key combo you can press to keep the outfit you’ve chosen for free roam. I believe it’s shift + click, but I’d double check just to make sure.
