I sincerely doubt that Nintendo will do anything about a game that has sold multiple millions of copies at this point.
Nintendo only goes after copyright infringement if the person is doing it for free. If they aren't, then Nintendo realizes that they could have lawyers.
Basically, Nintendo is a playground bully.
I'm hoping Rise of the Rōnin will be great... oh and maybe the Elden Ring DLC.

The game is very mid. If this gets nominated for GOTY then that would indicate this is one of the slowest years in gaming. I cant think of anything about this game that would make it GOTY. The story is bland. Lots of filler content that isnt very good. They locked newgame+ behind a paywall. The list goes on for why it wont be GOTY
