So after patch 1.15 apparently the Job Stats have been fixed. Does this mean that even the minor stat increases you get every time you rank up are permanent or is it only the ones on the skill chart that say permanent?

damn, went to Lidl after farming jobs at DLC dungeon and when I get back to the PC stat fix dropped? Lucky me

The stats you keep are the ones that show up in the job progression chart. The stats you get when you get on the level up screen after combat are just when playing that job.

It was a good move to switch the character and job stats around in this game, it was lame to switch jobs in the first Ichiban game just to have like a 3rd of the stats.

If you look at "Job Skills" The +10 for HP, MP etc. is what carries over. Those are the Permanent stat boosts.
