In which chapter I can start doing stuff?

By which chapter will I have core Team and ALL (or most) of side activities unlocked so I could start doing side jobs and build relationships without the worry that I did it too early or too late. Hhehhe thanks.

that's not really a spoiler. It's a well known fact Kiryu and Ichiban would split at some point and highly promoted that "Kiryu has his own party".

Just because RGG also spoils their own games doesnt make it not a spoiler. RGG put part of the ending in the Gaiden reveal, and the big C reveal also, I'm never watching a single trailer or reveal ever again

I honestly hoped couldnt be on the spoiler section I mean during chapter 3 you are on another place and the whole chapter 1 and 2 events/fights happened before one plus one kinda ordeal

probably chapter 12 honestly for all the side things but if you dont mind maybe chapter 8ish
