Loading world is slow (use ssd NVMe)

Idk this is game really demanding or the texture so big and heavy (I know I use pc below minimum spec to play) but I always get freeze every beginning fight or in open world.
I use SSD play this game, but why the loading are so long.

I play Gaiden didn't get this slow, I didn't freeze every single battle I get, I didn't play like high settings I play like 720p with fsr ultra performance, I comfortable with my own playthrough.
I just want to know why the loading is slow although i use NWMe SSD.
I play RDR2 with same pc I use and didn't get any freeze or anything

Again, your PC is below minimum specs - most likely your CPU isn't fast enough to keep up with your SSD.
