Report a translation problem
The first game definitely had this in the skills menu. You could assign 4 shortcuts per character to the d-pad directions. It would then show in the bottom left during combat with icons I believe for what you put shortcuts for.
It's crazy to me that this is not a feature in infinite wealth. They are clearly using the same game engine (obviously with updates) and they clearly disabled this feature instead of just tweaking it and assigning it a to a modifier key, like hold down R2 for eg. then you get to see and use your shortcuts.
We need the shortcuts back. :)
