The hello work outfit, if I recall correctly, can still be received for free if you sign up to their newsletter.
The master vacation bundle adds new game + and a dungeon that unlocks when completing the game.
The assorted outfit bundle is pretty self explanatory - outfits to wear in battles.
Yakuza CD collection adds quite a few songs to the music players in the game (Since I love the songs I might be a bit biased but I do recommend it)
Sujimon & Resort bundle are from what I can gather cheat items to make the game easier - you get a bunch of items to make getting through them easier.
Special job set adds linebacker (male job) and tennis ace (female job) to the game, can't exactly explain what each does since I haven't used them yet, but imo it *technically* adds gameplay so it's probably the one you'd want most.
the Master Vacation Bundle if you want New Game+ but i suggest you buy it after you finished the game, and see if you want to play it again on New Game+.
