Still hate Karaoke. Anything locked behind it?

I know that there's probably some affinity thing for the bartender locked behind it, but I'm hoping there's an alternative way to be friends with him.

Yes, I know I'm a horrible, terrible, irredeemable half person because I hate every single rhythm or 'singing' minigame I have ever tried.

Is there anything particularly noteworthy locked behind this one?

So far, I noticed only being friends with the bartender and after that adding him to the poundmates calling list.

You can befriend the bartender with gifts.

First time you give him a cigarette assortment, next is coffee beans. After that? Not sure if there are any, can't find the beans for the life of me.
