How do you unlock the Amon fight?

As far as i know the only Amon fights are the required one the unlock Dragon's Resurgence and the one at the end of Yokohama Underground EX Sector

I could be wrong on that though as i didn't do the last 5 substories as Ichiban, but when i looked it up all of them were just dating the various girl vendors and getting confronted by them at Revolve similar to the last substories for Yakuza 7 so i didn't care to finish those.

The unmissable encounter with him because you're weak in his eyes and then the EX yokohoma section of the dungeon like above person said. Maybe a re-appearance in the ng+ dlc dungeon, but I didn't buy that version so wouldnt know. PPl have been saying that there is a super boss in that dungeon.

I'm gonna do everything anyway, but the sooner the better I guess because that's usually when I move to NG+ in Yakuza.
Also they did that again? Ugh, I dunno if it's supposed to be a joke or something but Ichiban REALLY isn't a sleazebag.

I dunno about requirements. I didnt finish at least 30-40% of substories, when I encountered him. He's:
the last boss of Yokohama underground dungeon
Fight was a bit brutal, because I brought some random jobs, that didnt work well for me with him and didnt expect Amon to be there. Lvl 54 or smth like that. Had to replay couple times, 'cause protag was losing 80%+ HP in one turn.
