Six Friends left to find

I am looking for the identities of six more Friends. They are the ones between the following pairs in the Aloha Links.
William and Cookie in Little Japan
Myron and Happy in Aloha Beach
Suzanne and Mana in Downtown
Kurosuke and Doodle in Chinatown
Mia and Sushi Bar Limbo Employee(SBLE), and another between SBLE and Loco Fiesta Employee in Cultural District

While I am at it, does anyone know if Benjamin has a pattern in his travels. Being a mobile merchant, you'd think you could find him easier.

In little Japan you are looking for Bill the traveling Vendor, i found him at big green yard on Fuji street.
In Aloha beach Eva sitting in the pool near Crystal Aloha. Bring her some ice cream.
In Downtown its Makani coffee employee
In Chinatown cat Milk in alley near elevator to mahjong parlor just behind entrance to market on the right side
In Cultural first is chiken standin in green zone in the middle of the road south of Loco Fiesta and second is Tropical Coconut employee (store across the street of Anaconda's west entrance)

Thank you SO much for that. Found them except the first. In fact I'm confused. They have a mobile vendor named William AND a mobile vendor named Bill? Milk is sneaky. I've run through that alley hundreds of times, and never saw the blip. Had to specifically look there to find him.

I'm hijacking this thread and ask for help too since I'm also missing 4 friends.

The missing ones for me are between:
Koko and Kidd, West Waikiki
Sasami and Jasper, could be either Aloha Beach or Bridge I assume
Tapio and Noir, Aloha Bridge or District Five
Liang's Bakery Employee and Justice, Chinatown

Help is very much appreciated.

after Sasami is Mele. A homeless guy on Aloha Bridge pushing a shopping cart
after Tapio is Crispy, a chicken on Aloha Bridge. On a bridge rail, I think
The last is Benjamin, a mobile vendor in Chinatown. I've only seen him at night.

Thanks a lot. Apparently Black Knight and Crispy only show up during the day. I've started questioning my sanity trying to look for those two during the night since I couldn't find them at all.

can add for the mobile vendors like bill and henderson that you can taxi to the closest taxi spot repeatedly to attempt to spawn them quickly. The only spot that bill spawns (that I know of) is the park on fuji street, and henderson on top left of map (i know it wasnt asked but he does sell permanent buffs).

Additionally, some people only come out at night time which cant be controlled until near the end of the game, but does change during some story segments.

Excluding animals, empolyees, and mobile vendors, all other friend links can be found along the major roads of their associated area (typically the noted area of other friends near them in the list)

In this way, I got all 200 friends with Bill and Bartender as my last 2
(it did take over an hour for bill though, if he isnt spawning for a while, try fully restarting your game)

assorted cigarettes sold by Cigars in Heaven, Chinatown
assorted coffee set sold by Cafe Trip in Anaconda
assorted allohabeer set sold by Loco Fiesta Liquor in the Cultural District.

all the gift items appear to be sold by vendors with the symbol of a shopping cart on the map, and come in threes. I recommend just going to each one and buying three of each gift set. You will need them for other npc's as well.

OMG, there really is a Bill next to a William! Anyway, anyone know where Benjamin's spawn point is? I only met him once on Candle St.

Strangely Mele is named Harrison in my game. He's an old guy pushing around a shopping cart. This is during nighttime btw. Do you remember where on the bridge Mele is?

You can find it on western part of the river, in between Jasper and northern road surrounding pathway. Seen him during day and dusk.

Also that Crispy info is wrong, in aloha app his profile pic shows him on railing but in reality he hangs out on a grass near the railing on eastern side of the river.

It will be Victor, traveling cart merchant, he should be roaming main street where shaved ice store is. Can't remember which time of day he is available though
