Can i wear diffirent clothes or outfits while roaming or is it only in battles?

If it's like Y7, you need to make it to ng+ to wear whatever you want in free roam mode.

Incorrect. You don't need NG+ for Premium Adventure. Premium Adventure is simply finishing the game and saving it.

But if u say it this way it'll confuse people into thinking you need to start ng+ to wear outfits, which isn't even in the base game lol. Just say either premium adventure, post game or after beating/clearing the main story.
