kiwami gacha not working?

so this gacha for sujimon dont seem to be working?
it needs 1 master ticket yet i have one because the japan gacha needs 1 master ticket aswell.
what gives? is there a special different master ticket i need for kiwami?

For what i saw of the one hour of the Ign IW playthought. There is two types of tickets you sure is a master one? If you cant use it on Kiwami is either another special type or colourless one.

Yes. If you check it says "Japanese Master Ticket". There seem to be 3 Types of tickets, regular, Japanese Master, and <one for each elemt type> Master(So Frosty Master, Fire Master etc.) The latter are for the Kiwami Gacha. Both Master Tickets having the same icon colouring sure didnt help.

I have completed the whole sujimon minigame, you are not able to get kiwami tickets anywhere at all, the way to get them is to do a legendary raid, defeat the legendary sujimon and it will give you his ticket, then you pull for him. Fights are lv 60
