I'm running a 4070 ti which is often pushes slightly ahead of the 3090 in a lot of games except when vram gets the final say. At 1440p I can lock my fps to 120 and hit it perfectly without DLSS. With DLSS and frame generation I don't even know what my maximum would be because I haven't played uncapped, but lets just say 240fps is an absolute cakewalk.
Although I'm sure you don't need frame gen, the good news is that AMDs version of frame gen has also been integrated if you really need it.
