Without controversy, the blandest piece of music I can name from any game I've played in the last five years. It played in EVERY SINGLE UNDERGROUND AREA, including the grinding dungeon. I've spent a good 100 hours of my life listening to that painfully dull tune. Inside 2 minutes, you've heard everything it has to offer, and goes on, and on, and on.

I was desperately hoping that the dungeon music in Infinite Wealth would be a lot better. But even after learning that there were only 3 arcade games in this entry, and that mahjong is as minimized as they could possibly make it, I simply wasn't expecting them to straight up recycle this damn tune.

Here, add it to your playlist. Remove everything else from your playlist, while you're at it—they're just not worthy.

Plain and simple an excellent idea. A necessity. I try to play landmark games in as vanilla a state as I can, but SEGA has simply made that impossible. This must be how the folks using English on their first playthrough feel, knowing they're stuck with the biggest miscast in gaming history.

Maybe this thread should be all about what "dungeony" BGMs would make good replacements, I know this game has a special dungeon set aside for grinding and I would bet the same $110 I spent on the game that RGG just dropped that same damn tune in it, AGAIN. My sanity won't be able to handle it. Such a shame, after they made such great progress with their music talent in LaD and Lost Judgment.

same lol. I loved 7's soundtrack but this theme was just so tedious to listen to in a 30 minute dungeon.
