Is your rig so broke down and archaic that Denuvo causes performance issues?
PS5s DRM is worse than Denuvo..
https://gamegpu.tech/action-/-fps-/-tps/like-a-dragon-infinite-wealth-pc-performance-benchmarks-for-graphics-cards-and-processors
if i bought something from the supermarket and it have a security tag on it, the staffs or guards would likely to remove the tag once i paid for the item, then i can just use it however i like, Denuvo on the other hand stay in the game after the transaction and it have a forced online authorization that can block offline play and limit how long you can stay offline with the game. So i less likely to have a problem with the security tag than Denuvo.
Same thing about the houses and cars, i have less problem with their security systems because those are....their properties.
Now If i bought a house or a car, then i'm going to get mad if the house or car security systems give me trouble or just outright blocking me or force me to do some online authorization BS before i can use it.
Houses and cars security measurements benefits the owners, Denuvo benefit customers nothing.
If i buy a house or a car i should be able to use them without any restriction, if i buy a videogame i should be able to play it without any restriction.
Believe it or not, but not everyone who has a problem with Denuvo are people who're interested in torrenting games.
otherwise you're still giving money to the company and both Valve & Sony take exactly 30% from sales afaik.
Yup, I just don't buy Denuvo. Steam's DRM is plenty for me.
