I assure you if you do not get access someone will most likely hack it, with a hooking program (CheatEngine for example) or just through the hex.

Yeah, but they usually have to make a fake adress to go with that email, it is a pain, I help some of my asian friends here sometimes. The rules on regions are very bad. Heck there shouldn't be regions online, it's ridiculous.
