[Splinter of Chaos]

Playing in Japanese with Japanese subs and the about half the cutscenes, when I pause the subs go away, the other half they remain. The subs should stay on screen when I pause in every cutscene, right?

I didn't see any complaints about this from other posters, but are other people not seeing the subs sometimes remain, sometimes disappear?

I’m having the same issue except with DualSense so I think it’s a game bug. SpikeOut won’t register any input from me except the start button when starting the game and the pause button during the game. Otherwise no controls work and if my character gets close to an enemy he just grapples them and does nothing else.

I had the same problem with the arcade games in the previous title. I think it was because the game found 2 controllers. You have to use HidHide to hide the Sony controller so that the game only detects the virtual controller of DS4Windows. After I switched from PS4 controller to the DualSense I started using DSX instead of DS4Windows and it does this automatically with HidHide. Since then everything works as it should in the old and new game.

I had this problem. It might have something to do with preloaded files. Got it fixed by verifying files.

I am using an xbox controller. When I press a to pick up an item or view it, there is no response after pressing button A several times and I cannot pick it up.

I'm stuck on loading screen in the first chapter (after helping the yakuza find a stealing job). Restarted the game multiple times and still the same thing, infinite loading, cannot get past it.

Easily fixable - save > set language to English > load save > set language to Japanese > load save.

Not discovered by me btw, do not give awards.

Does anyone know why the camera moves down on its own, but when I swap the controller sticks in the options menu it stops? (it doesnt do it in other games so it cant be stick drift?)

I have a Logitech wireless keyboard connected to my PC via a USB dongle. Periodically I get a popup message stating that my keyboard or mouse is disconnected, which is false, since the keyboard and mouse work just fine. I dismiss the popup, and it will eventually return. The only way to get this to stop if to change the keyboard source to connect to a separate PC (laptop). This issue also occurs on other Like a Dragon / Yakuza games. (LAD Gaiden, Yakuza Like a Dragon)

Hey, I wanna be able to share my game Ph otos as screenshots directly on Steam, but the game has no way to do that. So I have to manually press the Screenshot key... but the camera UI is on the way. I also cant view the album photos on fullscreen to scrennshot them from there.
Can we get a button to hide it, or make pressing the Take Photo key, also send a screenshot to steam? The integration is possible and I've seen it on other games. At the very least, let us hide the camera UI or display the pics from the album in fullscreen.

For those having CTD or PC reboot during cutscene, play in Borderless mode instead of Fullscreen. Seems to fix the problem for me.

Enable Steam Input for the controller.

This was a problem at Gaiden's launch too since the devs didn't set it up properly after Valve's new controller changes. Vibration will work and it'll still show Playstation button prompts.

Maybe it’s little off-topic,but I want to say something directly to Sega and eventually Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio like a request I’m not if they still both care anyway could you do Streets of Rage,but in 3D? For Sega Saturn officially publically? I think they did already Streets of Kamurocho for Sega 60th anniversary which is inaccurate anyway it should be Sega 80th anniversary anyway…etc. For instance nowadays so-called reverse engineering of computer game/video game…etc.
