The minimap won't show up in my game. Even when the setting is turned off and on again. The corner of the screen where it should be is just blank.

The camera when Kasuga uses his AoE bat attack(s?) seems to be bugged, and the resulting screen shake is tied to the framerate, getting more and more wild and obnoxious the higher you go. I've uploaded a video attempting to show this by starting with a 120fps cap, then lowering to 60 and 30. I could be wrong, but I think it behaved closer to the 30fps value in Like a Dragon 7.

In chapter 8, at the start when Im done beating up the thugs outside Ichi's house, my quest marker disappears and I saw in a walkthrough I had to look up that there was supposed to be a scene where Nanba says to go to Romance workshop, and it adds a quest marker to go there, but that whole sequence is just skipped for me.

Game crashes whenever I try to play darts with Tomizawa. Game experiences massive slowdown after doing a bunch of certificates at Ounabara Vocational School.

When saving nearby to the Yokohama train station in Chapter 2, I got a savefile which when loading goes/teleports you to the underground sewers (something you can't access yet, so you're stuck there). You can get out with your phone calling a taxi, but I guess you can softlock if you don't have enough money. Here is a link to the savefile.

WITH "UI DISPLAY -> "PARTIAL DISPLAY" SELECTED, KASUGA'S PERSONALITY INCREASES QUEUE UP RATHER THAN IMMEDIATELY DISPLAYING. My god, has this been confirmed? I also have my UI on partial and the notifications are ill. I just stopped paying attention to them as I would get random PERSONALITY prompts without any real connecting to an event that just happened.

. . .only solution I've had has just been to save and reload. I might just go with full UI (as the only thing the game seems to "hide" is the minimap, which is the one UI element that should have a damn toggle button for it; mind boggling UI choices for a game series THIS old).

In just chapter 1-3, there were too many instances of "br" in subtitles, where a line break should be. Whether it's a cutscene, dialogue or text box, I encountered "br"s a lot. Also randomly notes like [Non-verbal] would appear. And that's on top of many spelling errors, that constantly break the immersion.

And that's just in three chapters. There's bound to be even more, as the game goes on. It makes it very hard to get invested in the story, especially for people that rely on subtitles to understand it.


It'd be nice, if those issues could be adressed in a patch, on top of the other reported issues.

Hello, sorry I don't know where to post this otherwise. I play on ps5 with German subtitles. And it seems there is some sort of formatting mistake because sometimes there is a br somewhere in a sentence. It can definitely a little bit annoying and I could imagine that this could be solved very easily.
For example in the Chitose side story happen nearly in every dialouge box. But it happens on other occasions too.
It seems it will not happen with English subtitles. Because I tested it now. But would be awesome if this would get fixed.

it's the german localisation. Same issue on pc. Super annoying. It starts in chapter 3 i guess. Here also at the chitose side second story where you find the pound mates. Very annoying but also much other side quests

On Chapter 8, Nanba and Kiryu both decide to add going to a Cabaret Club at the same time, which is what leads to recruiting Saeko. However, this objective bugged out for me. I had no waypoint on my minimap, and even knowing where the Cabaret Club is and going there doesn't let you continue.

I was able to fix this by returning to the bottom of the stairwell to Ichiban's home, which caused the brief tutorial cutscene of Recollections to play again. At this point, I had already taken a lot of time to clear out the map of recollections and conversations, so I had quite the scare of possibly having to do it all over again. Thankfully, the game was able to continue as normal after doing this.

There appears to be a lighting engine issue near Tony's Lemonade Stand. It seems to mostly happen in cutscenes but does sometimes occur just in the area itself. Everything gets suddenly dark. No game or sequence breaks however.

Randomly during cutscenes and gameplay, the game will freeze for a few seconds while the audio continues playing in the background. Getting 100+ FPS otherwise on the highest settings. Reducing the settings hasn't helped.

When asked to confirm the graphics settings (pop up "Save current graphics settings?" with 15 second countdown), if you quickly press cancel (circle button on dualsense controller) it switches focus from the pop up to the underlying menu and no more inputs will be received and the 15 second countdown doesn't decrease. The only way to get out of this state is to kill the game process.

Game freezes at times when entering a sujimon battle

Drink Links do not trigger for me. I am at bond level 33 with Tomizawa, but whenever I am at the bar, my only options with him are giving a gift or small talk. Under Tasks, both "Walk and Talk Finale: Tomizawa" and "Drink Link: Tomizawa Episode 1" are both listed with "Unable to progress" written in red.
