Does anyone know the exact time when it will be available for Steam?

I'm surprised Sony and (to a lesser extent) Microsoft are okay with RGG giving so many people the game hours earlier on PC.

That would be because the 'delay' is down to the way Sony and Microsoft's systems work to begin with.

I can understand the confusion to some extent. I've seen both the 26th and the 27th be listed as the release date. Not tomorrow.

I've seen all sorts.

25th and 26th on the same listing.

On the Google link for the MS store it's 25th, on the page itself it's 26th.

16 hours from this post. Steam always says "unlocks in one hour" and switches to "under an hour". All you need to do is check the store page timer, checking anything else will just lead to disappointment.
