If this were true, why do some developers and publishers tell you they'd rather you straight up pirate the game then buy from keyshops?
Valk has already stated many factual reasons so I see no point of going through them again.
Instead I'd rather let steam know that you are promoting unofficial resellers that harm both the gaming industry and Steam as a business.
And I love it when you people all go on about why does it matter about these big companies making all the money, when you literally go around simping for these grey market sites, when chances are these grey market sites are STILL making a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of money doing what they do. Going on about how what they do is entirely above board and they're so much better because theyre cheaper. Defending them constantly against these audacious accusations that they might be selling stolen goods unknowingly. What is that if not simping for a company in the gaming industry.
You get what you pay for when it comes to third party individual resellers. I know someone who had access to a game revoked with no prior warning with a key they bought from a third party reseller on one of those sites.
Generally, I haven't run into problems with the sites listed on ITAD other than the amount of time it sometimes take to process payment and issue the key to the purchaser, but that being the worst of it is hardly as bad as I mentioned above.
Sorry bub, just engaging with discussions happening in the thread.
Not to be that guy but, uhh, have you opened a ticket with Humble Bundle support yet about this?
