I'm not buying from a grey market reseller. Period.

You wont get your keys until the game is released, so probably no pre-order bonus and preload.

I have got my key from cd keyes on day of the purchase, last week.

That's got me concerned now, I got my key for Infinite Wealth ages ago and it's already all preloaded. Purchased Tekken 8 from Humble since they offered me the 20% loyal discount and preloading has already begun but keys haven't been distributed.

Might be the last time I go through them, in any case hope you get your key soon mate :cozybethesda:

Edit: I wouldn't worry about the preorder bonus at all. Especially since If they advertise it then you will get it.

I actually got a preorder bonus from Humble for Shadow Warrior 2 which I bought a couple years after the game even came out, turned out they still had a few unsold launch keys left behind and they didn't even advertise that it came with it.

There's no such thing as a "light grey zone". Grey market keysellers get their keys from a 3rd party, and not directly from the source. So long as we don't know who those 3rd parties are, we can't guarantee whether they're legally obtained or not (and history tells us that they're usually obtained illegally in some way or another. Either from credit card fraud, money laundering, or bypassing currency exchanges). I refuse to support business practices like that on principle, because the result is very often that it ends up harming the developer of a game. Whilst not really that big of an issue if it harms SEGA, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ practices like the NG+ paywall are certainly one way that a company like them will try to make up for stuff like this.

Yeah. Not too worried about the pre-order bonus, because of how they're advertising it as having it. To then not provide it would open them up to a pretty big lawsuit for false advertising. Would just like to be able to preload it today or tomorrow, so I actually get chance to play the game a bit tomorrow. Got a lot of ♥♥♥♥ to do on friday/sat/sun so no idea how much time I'll even have to play it.

Yeah you keep telling yourself that while paying full price. Who cares it's your money after all and that's a very very useful myth Gabe Newell and his billionaire buddies need you to keep believe in. Never understand how this business works and how companies get to directly sell a bunch of keys to legal resellers as part of their compensation by Steam.

Never get that ok, just keep that belief forever while you pay premium prices on the premium store, ok? Gabe thanks you for it.

Meanwhile I have a wall of thank you's from Steam for activating keys from cdkeys and all the savings go somewhere else in my life rather than go add to the ginormous pile of money steam already has milking you and your like.

People justifying buying keys from dubious sellers are the real clowns.

Fanatical has a discount iirc, and is not a grey market. Humble has a discount, and is not a grey market. Gamebillet has a discount, and as I found out recently, is not a grey market. Go away troll.

Prove that cdkeys is dubious and that you're not the sad clown here then.

You have no idea what you're talking about, that's your problem buddy.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Keys are sold directly from the source to humble, fanatical, and gamebillet. This means there is no funny business. Keys are not sold directly to CDKeys, which makes it of questionable legitimacy. I'm happy with my humble discount, and simply want to know whether anyone got their humble keys yet, or knows when they will distribute keys. Go away troll.
