Ultimate or Deluxe version ?

I know that it will be deluxe or ultimate. Can someone explain whicb version is better? Is ultimate a good value. What am I missing of I get deluxe. Thanks

Edit: I have pre ordered ultimate edition. I want complete experience. These games are quality and it was a choicr between deluxe and ultimate. There was 14 pounds difference so....

ultimate is better of course? ur missing everything not checkmarked on the store page for deluxe that's checkmarked by ultimate.

Definitely ultimate if its not going to effect you financially. I think they're still being kinda vague on what the ultimate edition gives you. But if this game is as good as LAD7 then it will be worth the money imo

if? the 4-5 hour demo in Gaiden surpassed LAD7 in every way, it's only uphill from there with full access to sujimon & all the other stuff we've come to expect, but more.

Like most games probably a few skins that were removed from the game to charge an extra £40 for those lacking upstairs

I would go with Deluxe. Because additions seem not worth the money and I don't use OP items anyway

You're right the demo was pretty good and it's very likely the rest of the game is going to be very good. But there's always a chance it won't be. With video games these days I hope for the best but expect the worst

Frankly, I know there is the gossip that much of the bonuses, even pre-order bonuses, will be offered as after-launch paid dlc.....and that will likely be the case. HOWEVER, who knows when such things will be offered or how much will be offered.

That said, it's probably for the best to order the version that suits your needs without any regrets if something isn't offered as DLC later on.

i bought the deluxe since all i needed as of now is the ng+ and other things such as extra costumes and op characters for minigames i can get when theyre on sale later on

It seems like the Deluxe version is mostly cosmetic features aka clothes. It won't mention what "additional features" means.........but if I were to guess....

- hard to collect items that may be needful to craft better weapons
- weapons that might be very strong to use in the beginning of the game, but not so much past 5 hours into the game. I'm pretty sure something like this was offered in Y7.
- health items

The ultimate edition has the "Sujimon & Resort Bundle."

I would guess that it's certain items that might be useful if you choose a character to have that job and materials/objects for your island. It also has the game cd.




For me, I'm going to stick with the deluxe version unless I hear something later about the bundle in the ultimate version.

I went with Deluxe, the only thing that doesn't look like complete fluff is the "Sujimon & Resort Bundle" which just sounds like the usual side mode cheat DLC. This game's stupid long and I'm getting Persona 3 as well so I'll but that by itself on sale later if need be.

Indeed, part of why I went for it. I suspect my review will be "Great game but scummy DLC, wait for the Deluxe edition to be the price of a normal game". I'd do that but I need more Ichiban right now.
