A hardcore player will generally have everything wrapped up before the game ends, why make a reward that's only usable after all the content is finished? Casual players would ironically have a use for outfits post game. Completionists have game achievements for that. Don't make cosmetics a completionist reward. Rewards for completion should occur after completion.
Premium, or Story though? Premium, IDC. I want it to be in Story. I'm all for doing completion stuff, but not for cosmetics. Not worth it to come back.
I don't mind at all.
What they could've done like in some games, is actually leaving the cutscenes how they are, which makes it look like the character switched outfits mid scene.
Personnaly that would've been fine for me and ads some comical value and is canon to Ichiban's crazyness
