My 1st question would be have you ever used it to run any other steam games?
because that seems like the first potiential problem.
let us know if you get it working. Swiftshader sounds neat.
I'm not 100% sure but it seems to be some type of multi-threaded GPU emulator that runs off your CPU. But It sounds like it only works well if you have a quad-core CPU or better.
anyway, the main thing they want to understand when reading the product site is ITS FAST.
I Read "its fast" so many times I feel like im brainwashed into thinking its fast without ever trying it.
Both engines will have very different file structures.
But if swiftshader works within steam, im gussing itsa possible to work on this game.
Its just going to be a process of trial and error to find the right file to use to executite archeblade within swiftshader.
please keep us posted.
What he said. Thanks for the information.
