so i download reinstall even reinstall steam back up files eveything but eveytime i get to where it says connecting i get

it's great to see I am not the only one,I have the same issues too
That's intel integrated graphics.

If your using a laptop, make sure it's set to use the proper graphics chip (Usually AMD or nVidia) if you only have intel integrated, try updating your video drivers.
how can I know my proper graphics chip?
So I'm assuming your running a laptop.
I will need your laptops model name and number and manufactures name.

Also, you can try holding your windows key and press your R key.

This should open a run dialog, type in
dxdiag
and press enter.

Wait a moment....
Click the display tab, you might have several, each tab will give you information about your video chip.
sorry I don't have laptop,my video driver was up to date,so I tought the problem would be that proper graphic chip thing
so your using a desktop.

Ok, just do a dxdiag then

This problem isn't usually related to the video card. This is usually caused by not having an up-to-date Windows. Make sure it's completely updated through Windows Update.
