is this game still alive?
i remember nerding the ♥♥♥♥ out of this 2013

It is not. I also played this game like from 2014 to 2016 but it is dead now :(

Someone bought this project but they are not developing it at this moment.

May I ask you if you still "work" on the game though or if you stopped or if you're just having a break?

I'm not working on the game no. I have the "developer" tag, but I'm not associated with the original development team that stopped back in 2014.

There were some fixes pushed back in 2017 to fix a bug with players being unable to connect to the steam servers, as well as some various other changes made by the community dev team; however, for now there's no development being done.

Game doesn't really need development, even 8 years ago it was fine. Just needs people online.

You also don't have a time machine, so you can't play this in 2014.
