Huge fps drops in THPS 4!

i5 6600k
16gb ram and WIN10

So i download THPS 4 (my favourite game from the past) and installed. Add widescreen patch and run. My fps are locked on 60 because on 120 there are some fps drops. And the game is choppy. Theere are drops from 60 fps to 40. I dont remember this ♥♥♥♥ in the past on old PC. I tried everything. Change resolution, Off graphic options, On and off vsync, gsync. High priority, and set cpu tyo 1,2 cores. Setting compability with win 7 or xp. Nothing helped. Someone plays thps 4 on win 10? Because i think Win10 is the problem. Some fixes? Thanks!

It's not windows 10, it's your GPU. A lot of older games simply can't handle the 'speed' of newer hardware, and Tony Hawk, Like a vast majority of renderware titles on PC, can't. Some of the later tony hawks, like underground 2, do work fine with a GTX1080 etc.
